15/21-day Challenge: The One Thing You Can Do To Balance Your Hormones
I see people asking me all the time on Facebook, Quora and other social media: Is there ONE MAGIC routine that can reset my hormones quickly? Although the answer is there’s no one single magic ingredient, it’s about doing many small things together in the right manner, however there’s still one way which is easy to do that balances Insulin, cortisol and estrogen which is at the core of my Truhealing protocol.

My answer is to drink a green smoothie every day until your hormones are back on track, which usually takes 21 to 30 days, or longer depending on severity. Since you’re reading this article, I will assume your hormones are off balance, and I want to challenge you to replace one meal or just include a nutrient-dense green smoothie as a snack for the next one month. Believe me, it is going to help your mood, mindset, blood sugar, and weight loss restore to healthy levels. Your green shake promises to double your energy. It will definitely make you feel lighter and less burdened, especially if you substitute your problem meal with a green shake.
Why must I substitute a meal with a green shake?
Green smoothies contain vegetables that are packed full of vitamins, minerals and omega 3’s, making them dense with nutrients – thereby increasing energy, promoting healthy digestion, stabilizing blood sugar and reducing antigenic load. When you provide your body with a clean source of nutrients, it can curb junk food cravings and hence trigger weight loss.
