The program is conducted ONLINE through live coaching sessions via phone or skype/audio sessions.


Attend each session and then take the specific action steps we give you to implement in your diet and life. Every 15 days, the next session is done, so in 3 months you will have covered all 6 transformational sessions. (10 sessions in case of advanced program).

You will be guided through the exact food and lifestyle changes you need.
